What It’s Like To Live In A $95 Million New York City Penthouse

There’s a new residential skyscraper in New York City, towering up to 1,396 ft (28 ft taller than One World Trade Center – if you don’t count the building’s spire), and has become the tallest in the Western Hemisphere. The breathtaking condo offers 104 apartments with 30,000 sq.ft. of space, 12.5 ft of ceiling clearance and 10 x 10 ft windows to overlook the city of New York. However, this will cost you a pretty penny – the cheapest unit selling at $7 million and can range up to $95 million for the penthouse suites. Maybe someone will rent it out on AirBnB for us lower class people… Or you can just scroll down and just imagine what it feels like with these awesome pictures – no cost! Good enough right?
